What we test in every batch

Identity & potency
HPLC and ICP-MS analysis confirms every active ingredient matches the label dose per serving.
Heavy metals
Lead, cadmium, mercury and arsenic screened against EU maximum limits on every batch.
Microbiology
Total plate count, yeast, mould, E. coli and salmonella tested before release.
Purity & stability
Pesticide residues, solvents and oxidation (peroxide value for Omega 3) plus shelf-life stability runs.

What the testing covers

The testing programme covers every AYVELI product in the collection — powders, sachets and capsules — and applies to each production batch, not to samples only.

Products covered
All AYVELI supplements sold on this store, including Collagen, Omega 3, and every daily formula.
Batch scope
Each production batch is released only after its own analysis certificate has been approved.
Batch identification
Every tin and sachet carries a batch code and best-before date printed at filling.
Documentation
Analysis certificates and release records are archived for the full shelf life of the batch.

How we trace raw materials

Every raw material can be followed from the supplier lot to the finished tin, and back again from a batch code on the packaging.

  1. 01

Each raw-material delivery is booked in with supplier, lot number and certificate of analysis.

  2. 02

Approved lots are linked to the production batch they are used in.

  3. 03

The batch code printed on the packaging links back to those raw-material lots.

  4. 04

Retained samples and records make a full recall trace possible at any time.

From raw material to your tin

  1. 01

Raw materials arrive with a certificate of analysis and are quarantined until verified.

  2. 02

Blending and filling take place in controlled, allergen-separated rooms.

  3. 03

A retained sample of every batch is archived for traceability.

  4. 04

An independent Danish laboratory re-tests each batch before it is released for sale.
