Shipping policy

AYVELI offers free standard shipping to valid addresses in Slovenia, European Union member states and the United States. The available service and final delivery estimate are confirmed after you enter your address at Shopify checkout.

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 working days. Estimated transit times are 2–4 working days for Slovenia, 3–7 working days for the EU and 5–12 working days for the United States. Weekends, holidays, customs and carrier disruption can extend these estimates.

You will receive tracking details when the carrier makes them available. Please ensure the delivery address is complete and correct before paying.

International orders may be subject to import procedures or charges imposed by the destination country. Any charge not collected at checkout remains the customer's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If a parcel is damaged, missing or returned to sender, contact us through the Contact page with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
